Freshness itself. Fragile Spring leafs. The scent of grass and flowers. I have come to realize that May is my favorite month. First ice creams in the sun. Warm wind. The ramp up to Summer. Simply he beginning of something else. This fall I will not be coming back to Linköping. I just found out that my application to Aalto University in Helsinki got accepted. Looking forward to exciting adventures in a neighbouring country that I know very little about.

I love writing lists. They work well for me, helps me remember. And then there is the satisfaction when you are allowed to cross something off the list. This time it feels like I am forgetting something important but I cannot figure out what :(

Oatmeal cookies are for sure one of my favorite cookies. They are really easy to make and soo good. Plus you can add in an apple, sunflower seeds or nuts to get some variety.
I got a lot of compliments when I brought a batch of this recipie to school the other day. It is a recipie that I brought home from my year as an exchange student in North Carolina. (Hence cups and Farenheit.)

Suprisingly a lot of people in school today considering it is a holiday. Apparenly my group are not the only ones behind schedule. I do not mind though. What I do mind is that I cannot not get my regular free coffee since the student cafe where I work is closed.

In order to advertise the film club movie nights we put up a sheet at Campus today. That is how most clubs advertise there events. They even have a booking system for the spots where you can put up sheets. In order to find a good spot, you have to book one,way ahead of time. Advertisment at school is pretty crazy, as a small club it is quite difficult to attract new members. It is something we struggle with.
